Kelly Clarkson makes our dreams come true with the cover of Hall & Oates

Kelly Clarkson got off to a dreamy start to 2022.

The superstar covered “You Make My Dreams” by Hall & Oates in Monday’s edition of “Kellyoke” on her talk show.

Dressed in a colorfully patterned gown, the original “American Idol” champion kept the upbeat ditty in motion at a steady pace that fans of the song will instantly recognize as she injected her own soulful twist into it. A selection that once again proves the quality and power of his voice.

Her fans were certainly impressed with her performance and grateful for the return of “Kellyoke” after a few weeks off for the holidays.
